Meet Damian Tuiloma

Damian is the Performance Director for DT Fitness and is the Co-founder for FIt Pass NZ. His primary focus is to deliver a quality and unique service to every individual he meets. Damian has coached Rugby teams in the past from Rippa to Senior Grades, Implemented Performance Analysis at a regional and national level and performed Strength and Conditioning at the professional level. Damian has experience in:

  • Group Training
  • Periodised Programming
  • Rehabilitation
  • Athlete and Sport Specific Training
  • Special Population Exercise (elderly specific)
  • Youth Development
  • Weight Management 

Damian has: 

  • Personal Training 4 Years experience coaching all levels of fitness and ages. 
  • Current Coach Developer working with student and community coaches.
  • Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach 2015/2016 New Zealand Breakers. 
  • A Bachelor of Sport and Recreation Double Major in Sport and Exercise Science and Coaching.

Meet Tim Spackman  

Tim traded in a glamorous career as a public servant for the chance to help people get stronger, fitter and improve their quality of life. Tim successfully works with clients on:

  • Injury prevention and rehabilitation
  • Sport-specific strength training – particularly runners and cyclists

Meet Lynton Maiava

Lynton is a highly decorated Judo Fighter, Conditioning Coach and a Proud Father. His professional background in sports spans over a decade and his passion for fitness has made him the excellent trainer he is today. Lynton has transformed and changed many lives through his dedication to Personal Training. He is also the Head Conditioning Coach for the Fit Pass Programme. Lynton offers his clients;

  • Safe and effective weight loss and weight management practices
  • Boxing and Grappling training

Jerome is a qualified Olympic Weightlifting Coach and enjoys many forms of exercise including HIIT, CrossFit, Calisthenics, Olympic Weightlifting & Power Training. His ethos is to build a strong foundation of strength and power for athletes to perform in any sport. Jerome offers his clients;
