Fit Pass is a physical conditioning programme that offers strength, muscular and aerobic endurance training. With two experienced trainers, we can ensure the needs and well-being of those in our training programme are met on a daily basis.


Our group training sessions deliver a creative and dynamic approach to getting fitter, faster, stronger. With two of the best trainers involved in Fit Pass an International Judo Fighter and a Multi-Sport Coach, you will experience the best of two worlds and learn exercise in a new light. Our fun and organised sessions increase teamwork, mental toughness and build better bodies.

Our First Class Fit Pass Membership is a re-occurring 6-week pass which is designed to develop a solid exercise routine with a rewards-based system. This option costs $330 for six weeks.

The rewards system includes:

  • Digital Passport 
  • Bonus 30min Personal Training Session Eligibility **

** The Free Bonus 30min Personal Training Session is earned through multiple session completion. A member is eligible for the bonus PT session if they hold A) A First Class Fit Pass and B) Complete 3 or more sessions per week for 3 consecutive weeks.

Meet Damian Tuiloma

Damian is the Performance Director for DT Fitness and is the Co-founder for FIt Pass NZ. His primary focus is to deliver a quality and unique service to every individual he meets. Damian has coached Rugby teams in the past from Rippa to Senior Grades, Implemented Performance Analysis at a regional and national level and performed Strength and Conditioning at the professional level. Damian has experience in:

  • Group Training
  • Periodised Programming
  • Rehabilitation
  • Athlete and Sport Specific Training
  • Special Population Exercise (elderly specific)
  • Youth Development
  • Weight Management 

Damian has: 

  • Personal Training 4 Years experience coaching all levels of fitness and ages. 
  • Current Coach Developer working with student and community coaches.
  • Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach 2015/2016 New Zealand Breakers. 
  • A Bachelor of Sport and Recreation Double Major in Sport and Exercise Science and Coaching.

Meet Lynton Maiava

Lynton is a highly decorated Judo Fighter, Conditioning Coach and a Proud Father. His professional background in sports spans over a decade and his passion for fitness has made him the excellent trainer he is today. Lynton has transformed and changed many lives through his dedication to Personal Training. He is also the Head Conditioning Coach for the Fit Pass Programme. Lynton offers his clients;

  • Safe and effective weight loss and weight management practices
  • Boxing and Grappling training 
  • Speed and Strength training 
  • Competition preparation

  • Over 4 years of experience in Judo and 2 years coaching 
  • 5 years Personal Training
  • Group training fitness Instructor 
  • National Certificate in Fitness - Exercise Consultant - Level 3
  • Certificate in Fitness - Personal Training - Level 4
  • Certificate in Fitness - Personal Training Business Skills - Level 4
